General terms and conditions of sale of SOS Ship Outlet Store, hereafter referred to as SOS.
Article 1. Applicability
1.1 All SOS offers, orders and agreements are subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be copied from the website or may be sent free of charge by us at your request.
1.2 Accepting an offer or making an order on or through SOS website / webstore means that you accept the applicability of these Terms and Conditions without any reservation.
1.3 The terms of these Terms and Conditions may be waived only in writing, in which event the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force.
Article 2. Offers / Agreements
2.1 All offers from SOS are free of obligation and SOS expressly reserves the right to change prices. If the prices for the products offered increase during the period between the order and its execution, you are entitled to cancel the order or to terminate the agreement within 5 days after notification of the price increase by SOS.
2.2 An agreement will only be made after acceptance of your order by SOS. In addition, SOS is entitled to refuse orders or to impose special terms on delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, SOS will inform you within five (5) business days of receipt of the order by e-mail.
Article 3. Prices and payments
3.1 The prices quoted for the products offered are in euro, including IVA (margin goods) and for one item only, unless written with the product differently.

3.2 The shipping costs are not included in the product price and are listed separately on the invoice if applicable.
3.3 Payment can be made in advance via an IBAN bank transfer, PayPal or electronically via the secure MultiSafepay feature on the SOS website.
3.4 Ordered goods collected at SOS warehouse at the specified time can be paid in cash or by debit / credit card.
3.5 Ordered goods that have not yet been paid in advance are not shipped and SOS reserves the right to dissolve this agreement after written (e-mail) notice.
Article 4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery takes place at an expedited rate, but at least within three (3) business days after payment, unless previously indicated by SOS. In case of non-delivery by force majeure, you will receive a notice within three (3) days after placing the order and you have the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge by sending a written email to SOS.
Exceeding the delivery period does not entitle you to compensation or other compensation.
4.2 Delivery takes place when the product is received by (or on behalf of) you.
4.3 If the buyer has indicated that he wants to pick up the product at SOS warehouse, SOS will reserve this or this product (s) seven (7) working days. After that, the purchase agreement will be dissolved without any compensation.
4.4 With a pickup order, the customer can cancel his purchase without further notice
Article 5. Retention of title
5.1 The ownership of delivered products will not be over until you have fulfilled all of the obligations you owe to SOS under any agreement. The risk with respect to the products will be transferred to you at the time of delivery.
Article 6. Warranty.
6.1 All items offered by SOS come from private, used, margin and / or bankruptcy parties, which prevents the applicable factory warranties. SOS can and will not provide any guarantees and can never be held liable for this.
Article 7. Advertising and Liability
7.1 You are under obligation to inspect the delivered products immediately after receipt. Any defects found on items should be reported to SOS within three (3) business days after discovery by e-mail or motivated with any (digital) photographs.
7.2 If you do not wish to withdraw a new product for any reason, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days after delivery to SOS and dissolve the agreement. Returns will only be accepted in this case if the sealed packaging of the product is undamaged and the seal and / or packaging is not broken. The payment already received by SOS will be refunded within seven (7) days after the dissolution. The cost of returning will be borne by the buyer and can only be done at SOS.
7.3 Items sent outside the EU, and / or electronic items, and / or items that were not in stock and were specially ordered, and / or items that were specially made to measure, cannot be returned.
7.4 Used goods, goods with an additional price discount and goods with a defect known at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
7.5 All shipments are made at the buyer's risk.
Article 8. Force majeure
8.1 In the event of force majeure, SOS has the right to suspend the execution of your order, or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying you of this by mail and without it SOS is liable for any compensation or compensation.
8.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming that can not be attributed to SOS, as this is not due to its fault and does not come into force under law, legal act or traffic.
Article 9. Miscellaneous
9.1 If you provide an order to SOS in the order process, SOS is entitled to send all orders to that address unless you provide a different address to which your orders should be sent when ordering.
9.2 If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions with SOS are in conflict with any applicable legal provision, then the relevant provision will expire and will be replaced by a new, statutory, comparable provision to be determined by SOS.
9.3 Pictures in the web shop may and can vary from the actual products which SOS has in stock.
Article 10. Applicable law and competent court
10.1 All offers, orders and agreements to which these General Terms and Conditions apply and to these Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to Dutch law.
10.2 All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to the Dutch court
